WELCOME TO THE FALL 2024 REGISTRATION!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. 

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please upload a passport type picture of the player, Birth Certificate (if registering new player), medical information, and have your Visa or MasterCard information available.  

Payment Options:

1. Pay In Full Today
2. Two Installment Payment Plan 1) Half Due Today 2) Final Payment Due 9/6/2024.
3. Offline Payment - You will still need to input your credit/debt card information to complete the registration. If the offline payment is not made before 9/6/2024 your card will automatically be charged on this date. Offline payments can be made via Zelle only. 

THERE IS ALSO A PROCESSING FEE THAT WILL BE CHARGED. 

THE FEES ONLY INCLUDE THE LEAGUE AND ONE FALL TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FEES. NEW PLAYERS WILL NEED TO PURCHASE THEIR UNIFORM ON OUR ONLINE STORE. THERE IS A SEPARATE FEE FOR THE UNIFORM.

Para completar el registro a través de nuestro sitio seguro, suba una foto tipo pasaporte del jugador, acta de nacimiento (si está registrando un nuevo jugador), información médica y tenga a mano la información de su Visa o MasterCard.

Opciones de pago:

1. Pagar en su totalidad hoy.
2. Plan de pago en dos cuotas. Pagar la mitad hoy y su balance el sies de septiembre.
3. Pago fuera de línea - Aún deberá ingresar la información de su tarjeta de crédito/débito para completar la inscripción. Si el pago fuera de línea no se realiza antes del dia sies de septiembre, su tarjeta se cobrará automáticamente en esta fecha. Los pagos fuera de línea solo se pueden realizar a través de Zelle.

LAS CUOTAS SOLO INCLUYEN LAS CUOTAS DE INSCRIPCIÓN A LA LIGA Y UN TORNEO DE OTONO. LOS NUEVOS JUGADORES DEBERÁN COMPRAR SU UNIFORME EN NUESTRA TIENDA EN LÍNEA. HAY UNA COSTO SEPARADA PARA EL UNIFORME.
